I'll respond with notices required by law, a written fee agreement, and after we go through the worksheets by phone, the actual documents for you to sign and return for filing with the court. Since part of my service is going to the meeting with the trustee and all court hearings, I only take clients who reside in the following Oregon counties: Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, Klamath, Lake, Harney, Sherman, Wasco and Wheeler.
